Purchases Made Through Amazon

If you purchased your ZAYLACO product through Amazon, your return, replacement, and refund will be handled in accordance with Amazon's applicable return and refund policies.

To initiate a return or request assistance with an Amazon order, please visit Your Orders in your Amazon account and follow the return or replacement instructions provided by Amazon.

Because Amazon processes the payment and fulfillment for these orders, refunds for Amazon purchases are issued through Amazon to the original payment method, subject to Amazon's policies.

Purchases Made Directly From ZAYLACO

For products purchased directly from ZAYLACO, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the product should be unused, in its original packaging, and include the original components and accessories supplied with the product.

Before returning an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions where applicable. Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We take great care in the quality and presentation of our products. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Natural Material Variations

Return Shipping
